The numbers are looking good for this year's Tulsa State Fair. According to officials, attendance is up 18% at the halfway point of this year's fair.

More than 523,000 visitors attended the annual festival through Tuesday. That's an increase of more than 80,000 from last year.

The chance of rain in the forecast this weekend could slow attendance. But officials say they're not going to worry about something they can't control.
