A car hit an Oklahoma man so hard it sent him into the air and the driver is still on the loose. It happened Saturday in Warr Acres. We're told Anthony Cotton was headed to a nearby 7 Eleven. As he stepped into the street, a car hit him, vaulting him over the car. He landed on his head. Paramedics rushed him to the OU Medical Center after police found him lying in the middle of the street.

"To go to the scene and see his shoes and his pants and know that he was hit that hard that it knocked all of it off him,â€ said the Cotton's mother Michelle Lafferty.

Witnesses say the driver never slowed down and was in a hurry to leave the scene. Police say Cotton has injuries to his knee and elbow, along with scrapes all over his body. Fortunately, he did not break any bones.
