A federal judge has sentenced a Tulsa man to more than six years in prison for his role in a million dollar credit card scam. In addition to the prison sentence, Wayne Baker also has to pay $400,000 in fines and give up his home.

Baker pleaded guilty to two counts of defrauding Citibank. Prosecutors say he and 9 co-defendants applied for multiple business credit cards over the Internet using fake Social Security numbers and financial information.

Prosecutors says Baker and his co-defendants used the credit cards for purchases and to make cash advances at three tribal casinos and several Tulsa area banks.
