TULSA, Okla. (AP) -- A Tulsa tax preparer will be formally sentenced April 25th after admitting he prepared fraudulent tax returns.

51-year-old Samuel Willis pleaded guilty Wednesday to 10 counts of aiding and assisting in preparation of fraudulent tax returns.

At Willis Tax and Financial Services, prosecutors say Willis helped prepare 10 fraudulent 1040 and 1040A forms for five individuals from tax years 2003 to 2005. Federal prosecutors say the returns contained false information on wages, tax withholding and dependents.

Willis could be facing a maximum of three years in prison and a $100,000 fine or both on each count.
