UNDATED (AP) Highway deaths have been cut almost in half in Oklahoma this year when compared to last year.
The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says 30 people have been killed in collisions on the state's roads and highways so far in 2007. Troopers say a total of 56 people lost their lives during the same period in 2006.
