HUNTINGTON, W.Va. (AP) _ Investigators have found another body in the charred debris of an apartment-building fire in Huntington, West Virginia.

That brings the death toll to nine in the city's worst fire in nearly half a century.

Authorities say, with today's discovery, they have now accounted for all of the building's residents.

Two people remain hospitalized in serious condition.

Officials say it could take days to identify the cause of the Saturday night blaze. They say the five-story building had smoke detectors but no sprinkler system.

West Virginia governor Joe Manchin calls the incident ``devastating.'' He says, ``West Virginia's not that large'' and so it affects every one.
