NEW YORK (AP) _ Six Flags says it's found a buyer for its two theme parks in Oklahoma City as well as five other parks.

The company says Florida-based PARC 7F Operations will buy the seven parks for $312-million. PARC will then sell the theme parks to a real-estate investment trust which will lease the parks back to PARC.

The parks in Oklahoma City are Frontier City and White Water Bay water park. The other parks are in Buffalo, New York; Denver; Houston; Concord, California; and Seattle.

Six Flags says the sale is part of a strategy to reduce debt.
