Tulsa police are searching for a man who robbed two East Tulsa restaurants, Monday night.

The first happened about 10 p.m. at a Sonic at 3100 S. 129th E. Avenue. A man, described as a slender black male in dark clothes, robbed a carhop, police said.

Officers say 15 minutes later a man robbed a Subway at 11607 E. 31st Street. The suspects showed employees a small silver gun, said police.

The man matched the description of the earlier robbery. He got away with an unknown amount of money from both locations.
