Tulsa Police have arrested a teenager they believe flashed people at a Southside apartment complex.

Police say the suspect exposed himself to women at the office for the complex. The women say he asked to use the bathroom and came out of the restroom naked.

The 17-year-old was arrested after witnesses identified him.
