An Oklahoma student is recovering after his school bus collided with a car. It happened on state Highway 10 just east of Miami on Tuesday.

Oklahoma Highway Patrol troopers say a car ran a stop sign and collided with the bus. The 12-year-old student was treated and released at a Miami hospital for head injuries.

17 other children on the bus and the two drivers were not hurt.
