A dispute over car repairs leads to an early Tuesday morning shooting and an arrest.

Tulsa Police officers were called to Best Deal Motors at 6929 East 11th Street about 12:30 AM. They found one man shot twice in the back and once in the neck. He was taken to the hospital in serious condition.

Witnesses and car repair records helped police track the driver of the suspect vehicle to a home near East 46th Place and South 91st East Avenue. DeAndre' Martin was identified by witnesses and was taken into custody for questioning.

Police are still investigating.
