Two people were injured when a fire truck responding to a call was hit by another vehicle Sunday afternoon.

The fire truck was clearing the intersection at 15th & Harvard on its way to a duplex fire at 15th & Jamestown when the driver of a green Lexus hit the side of the truck. One firefighter had a cut on his head and the driver of the car was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

The eastbound lanes on 15th street were closed for a short time while Tulsa Police investigated the accident.
