El Reno man charged with molestation

EL RENO, Okla. (AP) _ Canadian County sheriff's deputies have arrested a 67-year-old El Reno man who allegedly molested a seven-year-old girl and a five-year-old girl at his home in March.

Charles Hueston Posey was taken into custody Thursday on a warrant for charges filed May 27th.

Posey is charged with first-degree rape, forcible sodomy and two counts of lewd acts with a child under 16.

Detective Kelly Moore says one victim's mother contacted police in mid-March after overhearing her son talking to her daughter about sexual contact with Posey.

During the investigation, detectives talked with several adults who claimed Posey had sexual contact with them as children. Moore says charges couldn't be filed in those cases because the incidents occurred many years ago.

Bail was set at 55-thousand dollars for Posey, who is in the Canadian County jail
