SAN FRANCISCO (AP) -- A 20-year-old porn actress is facing charges in California of drugging and raping a 15-year old California boy after being extradited from Oklahoma.

Genevieve Elise Silva has been released from a California jail on $10,000 bail.

She was booked on Friday after being extradited from Oklahoma, where she fled with the boy. She faces charges of unlawful sexual intercourse, rape of a drugged victim, child stealing by a noncustodial parent and transport with intent to engage in criminal sexual activity.

The boy's family located him in October and sent him to a drug rehabilitation center. Silva was arrested December 28th in Roosevelt, Oklahoma, where she had been living with her mother. She agreed to be extradited to California after originally refusing to sign a waiver.
