STILLWATER, Okla. (AP) -- Officials at Oklahoma State are proposing to close Hall of Fame Avenue on football game days.
OSU spokesman Gary Shutt says the plan is to shut down six blocks of the street. Shutt says a University of Oklahoma student who detonated explosives attached to his body last October has raised concerns at OSU.
Stillwater Police Chief Norman McNickle says closing Hall of Fame Avenue is the safest plan.
