Thousands of Oklahoma PikePass customers should see a credit on their next statement. The $11 credit is party of a settlement of a class action lawsuit.
The money makes up for PikePass customers charged for miles they never drove. About 450,000 customers should receive their credits by January 10th.
The settlement is the result of a lawsuit filed in July 2002 against the Oklahoma Turnpike Authority which manages the state's 10 turnpikes.
