MUSKOGEE, Okla. (AP) -- A federal jury in Muskogee has found an Arizona man guilty of four counts of tax evasion in a scam that prosecutors say took in at least 114 people.

Federal prosecutors say Jimmy Chisum of New River, Arizona, conducted financial seminars around the country and set up trusts for a fee, with business owners transferring 95 percent of their business income to the trusts. The money was then transferred to offshore bank accounts that Chisum said were exempt from taxes.

Among the victims is McAlester chiropractor Brian Chadsey.
