OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) – The Cherokee County DA testifies again before a multicounty grand jury investigating allegations of corruption in his office.

Attorney Rex Earl Starr says his client, Richard Gray testified before the panel for about an hour Tuesday. Gray serves as district attorney in Adair, Cherokee, Sequoyah and Wagoner counties.

Grand jury testimony isn't open to the public. Panelists apparently are looking into Gray's handling of drug investigations and other areas.

Grand jurors also heard again from Gray's top assistant, Donovan Dobbs, and his office administrator, Vyrl Keeter.

Starr said he couldn't comment on the investigation.
