Lots of people are decorating for Halloween and a couple of houses near downtown Tulsa have attracted the attention of commuters.

News on 6 reporter Rick Wells knocked on some doors in order to scare up some information. Eric and Rhonda Robb are just getting started on decorations designed to scare passer-byers. "There's nothing greater than a little kid coming down the sidewalk with their parent, turn the corner and see that monster, and aaahhhh. We enjoy it." Just scary fun, they love Halloween.

This is the 10th anniversary of their "Nightmare on Denver" as they call it. "They'll be a few more monsters, maybe something that will move in the front yard." Happy decorating.

Up the street a block and a half Stephen Spence and his house mates are working on something that moves for their front yard. They've still got some work to do, it doesn't move quite like they want it to. The hands need a little modification too. Lots of cardboard and plywood. The legs are in the garage and the movement is provided by an old garage door opener. It'll be great when they're finished.

So far it's the front of the house attracting public attention. Charlotte Thompson: "It's ok, I love it, but they need to add some things." She works at the credit union across the street and loves the eye balls, the teeth around the porch and the forked tongue sculpted out of old carpet.

Charlotte would like them to add some hair, a mustache and some ears. And she's persistent. "I would like to tell them to add some stuff." Maybe they'd let her help.
