We now know the charges three Jenks teenagers face after a car accident killed a fellow football player.

Court records show 17-year-old Brad Regal is charged with throwing an object at a moving vehicle, 17-year-old Mitch Hill is charged with negligent homicide and 17-year-old Eric Davis is charged with reckless driving.

Garrett Bennett died after he was thrown from an SUV when it crashed on the Creek Turnpike.

An Oklahoma Highway Patrol report indicates the SUV was hit by a paintball before the crash.
