Walk away from drugs and violence, that's the message Rick Couri hopes to give kids.

He's walking around Tulsaâ€™s LaFortune Park to raise money for Operation Aware. The KRMG radio host has been raising money for the group for more than 20 years.

He says as he gets older, it gets a little tougher, but well worth it. "If people know that you're giving that kind of effort and that you mean it and you're sincere about it then they'll give too."

If Rick can raise $50,000, he will have raised a million dollars total for Operation Aware.
