A late Sunday night stabbing at a cookout and party sends one man to the Tulsa hospital.

Police say it happened about 11 PM Sunday in the 10800 block of East 33rd Street. Investigators say a fight developed between a couple people at the party and it quickly escalated and became bloody.

Tulsa Police Sgt Glen Uhren: “punches were thrown and ultimately beer bottles were broken and one victim was stabbed in the face with evidently a broken beer bottle or knife. He's got a number of puncture wounds in his face.”

The victim is a Hispanic male in his mid 20's. He was taken to a Tulsa hospital for treatment. And for now, no one has been arrested.
