Gas price has Oklahomans finding alternative transportation

UNDATED (AP) -- With gas prices approaching $2.70 a gallon in Oklahoma many are looking for less expensive ways to get around.
Deana Andrews of Lexington is parking her truck and bought a motorcycle for her 80 mile daily commute to Shawnee and expects to cut her gas bill by 75 percent.
And in Tulsa many people are taking the bus.
Tulsa Transit says the number of people taking public transportation is up 28 percent this year. Transit officials say express routes for business commuters is especially strong.
