A Tulsa County judge has dismissed assault charges filed against Daniel Dillingham. He is a Porter teen convicted of stabbing a fellow classmate to death on a school bus.

The 17-year-old was accused of assaulting a former detention officer at the Rader Center where he has been held since December 2003.

District Judge Tom Gillert says double-jeopardy laws prevent Dillingham from being tried on that charge.
