A father in Pawnee, Oklahoma is furious that the man convicted of raping his teenage daughter is out of jail after serving only four months.

Jurors sentenced 38-year-old Gregory Bryant to 30 years in prison for raping the 13-year-old girl. But Pawnee County District Court Judge Jefferson Sellers said the jury's verdict was a miscarriage of justice, so he suspended Bryant's sentence.

The victim's father says the decision is a slap in the face. "That doesn't do no justice for me. He was convicted of first degree rape and he's out walking the streets. It was a child and it was my child, and I'm very angry about it."

Bryant worked for the Pawnee Water Department, even though he doesn’t have to do time, he will have to register as a sex offender.
