BUENOS AIRES, Argentina (AP) _ French actress Juliette Binoche says she's taking her age in stride.
Binoche, who turned 42 on the opening day of the Mar del Plata International Film Festival last week, told the leading Argentine daily Clarin that ``it would be boring to be 20.''
``I feel that after 40, I've have a new outlook and I can get into other kinds of roles,'' she said.
She showed up to promote a film she recently appeared in called ``Mary'' _ about an actress who portrays Mary Magdalene and then embarks on a journey of personal discovery after becoming obsessed by the role.
Binoche, who starred in ``Chocolate'' and who won a supporting actress Oscar for her work in ``The English Patient'' had came to Buenos Aires last week and also spent time traveling in remote Patagonia.
The festival, which runs through March 19, will spotlight 40 films both foreign and locally made.
