1 8oz cream cheese, softened 3 Tbsp mayonnaise 1 Tbsp lemon juice 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 tsp ginger 1/8 tsp pepper 4 drops hot sauce 2 c diced, cooked chicken 2 hard-boiled eggs, diced 4 green onions, sliced 3 Tbsp green pepper, chopped green pepper strips 2 Tbsp sesame seeds, toasted 3 Tbsp black olives 3 Tbsp red bell pepper, chopped 5 slices cucumber, halved
Directions:
Combine first seven ingredients and mix well. Add chicken, eggs, green onions, and chopped bell pepper. Stir well. Line small mixing bowl with plastic wrap. Spoon mixture into bowl. Press firmly with the back of a spoon. Cover and chill overnight. Invert bowl onto serving platter. Remove bowl and plastic wrap. Garnish with green pepper strips, sesame seeds, black olives, and red bell pepper. Arrange cucumber slices around mold. Serve with assorted crackers.
