Glaze for Cake: 1 cup Irish Creme Liqueur 3 cups confectioners sugar
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large mixing bowl, combine cake ingredients and blend well. Pour into 10 grease and floured 1 cup metal gelatin or cake molds. Bake 25-30 minutes or until cake springs back when lightly touched. Blend glaze ingredients in a small bowl. While the cakes are stil warm in the pans. Poke holes in cake and pour mixture over them. Allow cakes to cool in pans for at least 2 hours before removing. Yield: 10 minature cakes.
