Gooey Butter Cake

Ingredients:
Butter-flavor cooking spray
2 whole eggs, divided use
1 egg white
1 stick margarine (60 calories per T.), melted
1 pkg. yellow cake mix (without pudding in the mix)
1 pkg. (8 oz.) fat-free cream cheese
1 lb. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
Use cooking spray to coat a 9x13-inch pan. Combine 1 egg, stick of margarine and cake mix in a bowl. Press in bottom of pan. Cream pkg. of cream cheese, 1 egg, 1 egg white, powdered sugar and vanilla in a bowl. Mix well. Pour over crust and bake at 350 degrees F. for 35 minutes. Serve warm or cold. Refrigerate or freeze.
