2 lbs. shelled pecan halves1 egg white, lightly beaten 1 cup sugar 1 cup brown sugar 2 T. Cinnamon 1/2 t. salt
Directions:
Mix pecans & egg whites thoroughly in large mixing bowl. Combine remaining ingredients together & add to pecans. Toss well until evenly coated. Place on two cookie sheets. Bake at 325 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Stir pecans after 10 minutes - cool.
