Topping: 1 lg box choclate pudding (cook & serve, not instant) 3 c milk
Finish: 1 large tub Cool Whip 8 oz bar cream cheese 1 c powdered sugar
Directions:
Stir flour, margarine, and pecans together. Pat into 9x13 pan (layer will be thin). Bake in 350 degree oven for 10 minutes or until browned. Prepare pudding topping according to pkg directions (3 c milk, bring to boil); pour over crust, let cool. Beat together following: cool whip, cream cheese, powdered sugar. Pour over pudding. Refrigerate, sprinkle with chocolate shavings or cocoa.
