Chicken & Rice Casserole

Serves 6
Ingredients:
1/3 cup bacon bits (don't use imitation)
1 1/4 cup instant rice (uncooked)
10.75 oz. can condensed mushroom soup
12.5 oz. can chicken. You can also substitute 2 chicken breasts, cooked and chopped.
14.5 oz. can of chicken broth
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a 2 quart casserole dish. Cover and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.

Serving Suggestion: Serve with a green salad or garden fresh broccoli, and a fruit cup.
