Oliveto's General Manager Jonathan Witte shares a recipe for Portofino Pizza.
Pizza dough 6 oz.
Pesto Alfredo sauce 2 oz.
Mozzarella & Provolone cheese 3 oz.
Grilled chicken 2 oz.
Sauteed mushrooms 2 oz.
Caramelized red onions ½ oz.
Grated Asiago cheese ½ oz
Fresh Basil 2 Tbsp.
Stretch your pizza dough to a 10 inch diameter. Spread 2 oz of Pesto Alfredo sauce evenly over dough and top with mozzarella and provolone cheeses. Next, layer chicken, sautéed mushrooms and caramelize onions on the pizza. Sprinkle grated asiago cheese evenly over the top. Bake at 450 degrees until crust is golden brown. Brush the sides with garlic butter and garnish with fresh basil.
