Tulsa Man Accused Of Killing His Brother Turned Himself In, Police Say

Tulsa Police said Taylor Gainey has turned himself in.

Gainey was accused of of shooting his brother during a fight, while they were at their parent's house for Father's Day.

Documents say Gainey went to Tulsa for Father's Day and while he was at his father's house he got into an argument with his brother. The report goes on to say that his mother told Gainey to leave so he went out to his car. At some point Gainey's brother walked outside with a stick and hit Gainey's car, then Gainey shot his brother in the torso.

The brother was taken to the hospital where he later died.
