Tulsa Doctor Pleads Guilty To Illegally Distributing Opioids

A doctor will spend a year confined to his house for running a pill mill out of his Tulsa clinic.

Dr. Christopher Moses pleaded guilty in federal court Wednesday to distributing powerful and addictive opioids, such as Oxycodone and Fentanyl, to his patients without a medical reason.

He was sentenced to a year of home confinement and five years of probation. He also lost his medical license.
