United Way Holds Day Of Caring

The Tulsa Area United Way will kick off this year’s first Day of Caring on Friday, August 28th at 8 a.m.!

The Day of Caring will consist of a community-wide food drive from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. with 15 drop-off sites across Green Country. The event will have health and safety guidelines in place with volunteers wearing masks and using social distancing precautions. And, you can donate without needing to leave your car!

Here are the most needed foods right now:

·Canned fruit

·Peanut butter

·Meal kits

·Canned protein

The 15 locations below will be participating in the event with sites in Bristow, Broken Arrow, Jenks, Okmulgee, Owasso, Tulsa, Sand Springs, Sapulpa and Wagoner:
