Man Accused Of Killing Tulsa Police Sgt Expected In Court

The man accused of killing a Tulsa Police Sergeant is expected in court on Wednesday.

Court records show that David Ware has a preliminary hearing scheduled.

Prosecutors said Ware shot and killed Sergeant Craig Johnson and injured Officer Aurash Zarkeshan during a traffic stop in June. Ware is charged with first-degree murder.

Matthew Hall, the man prosecutors said picked up Ware from the scene, is also scheduled to appear in court Wednesday. He is charged with accessory to murder.
