Silver Alert Issued For 64-Year-Old Tulsa Man

A Silver Alert has been issued for missing 64-year-old Terry Chambers of Tulsa.

Chambers was last seen around noon Saturday near the intersection of South Birmingham Avenue and East 10th Street. He was seen wearing a gray thermal long-sleeve shirt, blue flannel pajama pants and black shoes.

Authorities said Chambers has severe Alzheimer's and is barely able to communicate.
