Investigation Underway After 15-Year-Old Shot In Tulsa

Tulsa Police are on the scene of a shooting near M.L.K Jr. Blvd and E Virgin Street.

Police say a 15-year-old was shot outside the Waffle That! restaurant just before 7 a.m. Sgt. James Stump says the teen suffered a gunshot wound to the head but says the injuries did not appear to be life-threatening. He has been taken to a hospital.

No details have been released about a shooter at this time but police say they may be driving a whit or silver SUV.
