The mother of two Tulsa children who drowned back in May is scheduled to be in court on Monday.
Crews from several agencies searched across multiple counties for 3-year-old Miracle Crook and her 2-year-old brother Tony. It took first responders nearly a week to find their bodies. Police say surveillance video shows them walking through a gap in the fence near their apartment complex that led to Mingo Creek.
Police say they found the children's mother, Donisha Willis, sleeping after her kids disappeared and that she refused to help find them. Willis has been charged with second-degree murder.
