Police Chief Franklin Visits Wounded Officer Zarkeshan In Rehab Facility

The Tulsa Police Department gave an update on the recovery of injured officer Aurash Zarkeshan.

Tulsa Police shared a video that shows Chief Wendell Franklin visiting Officer Zarkeshan at his rehabilitation facility over the weekend. Officer Zarkeshan is making progress recovering from a gunshot wound to the head.

Police said David Ware shot Officer Zarkeshan and Sergeant Craig Johnson during a traffic stop in June, and Sgt. Johnson was killed.
