Oklahoma Opens First Community Hope Centers In Country

Oklahoma opens the first of its Community Hope Centers across the state.

The facilities provide kids a safe place to play or learn remotely. Oklahoma is the first state in the country to launch hope centers.

“Each Hope Center provides academic support to our young children, mental health resources and help with food insecurity,” Governor Kevin Stitt said.

They opened in August, thanks to money from the CARES Act.
