A judge has set a trial date for the man suspected of shooting two Tulsa police officers, killing one of them.
David Ware is charged in the shooting death of Sergeant Craig Johnson and injuring Officer Aurash Zarkeshan during a traffic stop over the summer.

Ware's trial is scheduled to start June 7th 2021 and the judge expects the trial to last several weeks.
Prosecutors said they are seeking the death penalty for Ware.
Ware has pleaded not guilty.
