The man accused of shooting and killing a Tulsa Police officer and injuring another will be back in court next week.
David Ware's hearing was set for today but has been delayed until next Monday at which time he will be arraigned on charges including first-degree murder and shooting with intent to kill. He's been held in the Tulsa County jail without bond since June 29th.
Prosecutors intend to seek the death penalty.
Ware is accused of shooting Tulsa Police Sergeant Craig Johnson and Officer Auresh Zarkeshan during a traffic stop in June.
