Freeman said that on Monday, around 3,200 ballots were processed, not including hand-delivered ballots.

The deadline for ballots to be delivered to the election board by hand was Monday at 5 p.m. and for ballots that are being mailed in, the deadline for the Election Board to receive them is 7 p.m. on Tuesday.

Election Board officials want to stress to voters that they cannot vote at the Election Board on Tuesday, they must go to their assigned polling place.
