Woman Arrested, Accused Of Kicking, Biting Officer After Hit-And-Run

A woman is behind bars accused of kicking and biting an officer after a hit-and-run crash.

Tulsa Police said Heather Bullock hit another car Tuesday near 71st and Lewis and kept driving. Police found Bullock after she crashed into a nearby fence.

They said Bullock smelled like alcohol and couldn’t keep her balance. Police said as officers were trying to put her into their patrol car, she became belligerent and started kicking one of the officers in his stomach and legs. They said she also bit the officer on his face.

Police arrested her for assault and battery on a police officer, DUI and hit-and-run.
