Tulsa Police: 2 Suspects In Hospital After Pursuit

Two men are in the hospital after a police chase in Tulsa Saturday night.

Tulsa Police officers say it started near 51st and Peoria when an officer saw a car being driven slowly down the road. Police say that the officer on patrol thought it was odd so he checked the plate and they say the car was reported stolen.

Officers then chased the car from 51st onto I-44 and down to 41st and Memorial where the driver crashed.

"The two people in the vehicle have been taken to the hospital for evaluation and treatment. What the medics told us it does not appear to be life-threatening," said TPD Lt. Naresh Persaud

TPD says no officers were hurt and no other property was damaged. The suspects have not been booked into jail yet.
