The Oklahoma Employment Security Commission said it will make one-time $400 payments to nearly 120,000 people.
The OESC said it will make the payments using its remaining federal funding from FEMA. To be eligible, you must be on unemployment due to the pandemic.
“I hope this announcement is a bright spot in a year that has brought so many challenges to the people OESC serves, and I feel very fortunate to be able to deliver good news to you today,” OESC Director Shelley Zumwalt said.
The OESC said payments will be distributed between December 16 and 21.
