TU Football Accepts Bowl Invite To Armed Forces Bowl

After a memorable 2020 season, the Tulsa Golden Hurricane has accepted a bowl invitation to play Mississippi State in the Armed Forces Bowl on New Year's Eve.

The bowl will be played at Amon G. Carter Stadium, the home of the TCU Horned Frogs in Fort Worth.

TU (6-2) dropped its final game of the non-postseason schedule 27-24 to Cincinnati in Saturday's AAC Championship Game.

Mississippi State finished its regular season at 3-7 under first year head coach Mike Leach.

The Golden Hurricane finished the season 24th in the final College Football Playoff Top 25 rankings.
