Veteran Salute: Roy Kruse

News On 6 is continuing to recognize veterans across Green Country who are making a difference in their community.

Today, we recognize Roy Kruse.

Kruse joined the Air Force in 1966 and spent Christmas in basic training because he wanted to serve his country.

Those close to Roy say he is always willing to give a hand to help those in need.
